Not that I have seen. However, if you need the audio reminder that your signals are on, you could wire a buzzer from Radio Shack in parallel with the flasher circuit. Should be relatively simple once you locate and identify the wires going to the flasher. A Subaru service manual (less than $10 in electronic format on eBay) will be very helpful in identifying the wires you want on a wiring diagram and for component location. Good luck.
Charlene had recorded 'never Be replaced' in 1976 - 1977 for herself. She audio the music video into making the video dramatise everything she says. It's a really helpful one.
Have the fan motor checked and if fine the start with wires and senors to fuses. Wires colud be bare in some place and a Volts meter can be very helpful in these cases.

Did you just change the head gasket or did you take the head to a machine shop to be checked? If you didn't take the head to machine shop the most likely answer is the head is warped and not allowing new gasket to seal properly. It's possible that the machine shop can redeck the head and it will be fine. Hope this is helpful!!!
The flasher relay could be faulty. The year, make and model info would be helpful in answering your question.

It would be helpful if you can explain the " won't start " Does the engine turn? If it turns does not fire? Was it running before?
