Mazda tribute V6 with 85k miles has code for miss on a cylinder and thinking plugs wires or igniter coils but looks impossible to change rear plugs and need advice?

I had the same problem in my dad's 2002. it did it a couple of times after i reset the codes, it actually turned out to be the air filter was disastrous. They told him they changed it when they changed the oil, they most certainly did not, my dad is one of those old school guys that changes his oil every 3,000 miles. Don't know if this is your problem but it was the problem with his. It is a cheap place to start, I am not a mechanic, just a guy with a similar situation. Good Luck.
