It is most likely the Wheel Bearing that is going bad.
please be more descriptive.... if it is constant moaning it could be a wheel bearing.. if not it could be lots of things.
Worn out brake pads, sticking brake rotor, defective wheel bearing, or a problem with the tire. This could be dangerous so have it repaired.
It could be either a wheel bearing going bad or the front differential could be low of fluid. I would check the fluid first if it is low it could prove to be expensive if the ring and pinon gear gets burnt up or even the bearings. The plug should be in the driver side of the differential case.
Remove the tire and wheel from your 2003 Chevrolet. Remove the axle end cap. Remove the wheel bearing nut. Remove the wheel bearing in the wheel seal. Reverse the process to install the new wheel bearing.
Front grinding could be a bad wheel bearing or in the front axle assembly.

You might hear loud squeaking noises. jack up the front end and try to wiggle the wheel. if it wiggles then it could be the bearing. You could be hearing a grinding noise also.
Could be the brakes are gone or it could be a hub and bearing assembly about to fall off the front of your car.
The bearing will eventually overheat and sieze or in severe cases could break the axle. Fix it ASAP.
