There's only two things it could be--assuming the fuse is good (you checked this before you dropped the fuel tank to change the fuel pump), there's something wrong on the main relay board. Pull it (not sure where it is because I'm not a Jeep guy, but it's usually very close to the fusebox), resolder all the connections and reinstall it. These relays get very hot on all cars, and the solder connections fail. Resoldering usually fixes it. easier than that .... is your security system enabled... what I mean is .. when you try to start it are you getting a flashing security light on the dash, if it is, cycle your keyless entry and try again, part of the security system is to cut the power to the fuel pump.
none of the grand Cherokees feature a roll down window. most grand Cherokees will have a flipping glass lid or a fixed window. the flipper glass will not fit in the fixed window grands. im sure it could be done but you would have to deal with latches, interior paneling and mouldings. it would be alot of work and quite a mess.

ANSWER:you should try just replacing the whole rear end, i heard it's cheaper, i have a grand Cherokee Laredo 97', that has a hoovering sound, and a machanic i know said it's the teeth in the middle of the rear axle (the big ball part in the middle) and it's like surgery, plus it's just plain cheaper to replace it all
The opposite of pay could be to earn/receive such as an employer pays you your paycheck with you receiving it. Another possibility would be to take or steal.
An experienced mechanic with a lift and the right tools could probably do it in several hours. It would take me at least all weekend long if I was lucky enough not to hurt myself badly along the way.
The cultures of the Cherokee were they ran successful business, such as grain and limber mills. The Cherokees had their own schools, and some could speak and read English. Many had converted to Christianity. The Cherokees even had written an alphabet for their language. -Hope I helped any
