Twenty-five dollars later The marker light is on the same circuit and had to be replaced I also didn't seat the new front blinker bulb correctly
it might be the hazard switch all the blinker circuit runs through it.
The problem could be that your flasher switch is going out. I had the same problem on my 99 blazer. It sounded like a bee buzzing in my dashboard. Had the switch replaced and problem was gone. Hope this helps.
your problem could be in the switch its self. unfortunetly they are expensive to replace, i had to actually wire a switch direct to the blinker system.
Most likely turn signal flasher needs to be replaced
You have to undo a few bolts under the front scoop to access these, and they are a real pain in the butt. I had cracks in my blinkers lights so when it rained it would blow them out, so I replaced them with LED, not as bright but don't have to worry about them ever blowing out again, only problem was it then wouldn't blink because there was not enough current draw from the LED to make the thermal switch in the blinker relay activate, so, i spent $10 on an electronic relay from kragens that plugged into the same spot as my blinker relay, it works great --- to find where your blinker relay is simply turn on your blinker and go under your dash and find the one making the click click noise
Problem most likely is in the Turn Signal switch. I had same problem , replaced Turn Signal switch assembly and that fixed it.
Had same problem on a 97. Squirt some wd-40 in the hazard switch and pop on and of a few times. It works. that will only work if the hazard button is stuck. if they just arent blinking you will need to replace the blinker. they arent expensive and usually take less than 15 min to install
You have a dead short to ground. It will take some detective work to inspect the wiring and sockets until you find it. The problem seems to have started with replacing the left bulb. Start there.
I just had the same problem with my 95 intrepid and it was the sending unit that needed to be replaced.
I have a 1996 D R and have the same problem. Apparently the flasher switch needs to be replaced.
One reason why the turn signal will not stop blinking is the clock spring. This is something that many people replace themselves. Another possible cause of this problem could be the switch needing to be replaced.
Check coolant level in RADIATOR when cold When light is blinking turn on heat and see if you have any. If no heat good indication that thermostat is stuck in closed position and needs to be replaced
