Some of the Rams had a recall on the blower motor wiring.I would check the wires at the blower first. If the wires are in good shape, then you may need to replace the blower.
Check blower motor fuse Check to see if compressor is working

If you are not getting any cool air, the compressor may need recharging or replacing. You will need to call a repairman.
Thermostat possibly stuck open or heater control valve broken. Now if you mean the blower motor has stopped working, check the fuse, blower motor itself, or the blower motor resistor pack.
Blown fuse, defective blower motor resistor pack, defective blower motor, or loose or disconnected wiring.
Check to see if you are getting power to the blower motor - if so motor is defective if not problem in circuitry to blower motor
Check the blower resister and then check the blower motor switch..
Blown fuse Loss of freon Does compressor run? Does blower motor work?
Check to see if you are getting power to blower motor - if so replace blower motor If not check fuse, switch, resistor pack.
My 1998 Deville Concours had a blown blower motor for the heater/ac unit. I had to replace it because it stopped working likely due to age (replaced in 2008) and it was filthy when I took it out. Hard to do this by yourself but it can be done if you remove the obvious things in your way underneath the hood. Good luck! The blower motor fans cost around $130 ish.
