My 94 Chevy Cavalier wants to die when I stop the idle fluctuates and the car surges forward just changed the spark plugs the O 2 Sensor and air filter just got an oil change what should I do?

check for a vaccum leak on your throttlebody. have solenoid on transmission checked I had same problem cost about 125.00 to have mechanic fix
