Do you mean can you fix the sandwich yourself, or can you fix your girlfriend's attitude to preparing food for you?
If it's the first, and you're in your own home, go ahead and get yourself a sandwich; ask your girlfriend if she'd like one too. If you do this a few times and she still never offers to make one for you (she could be shy about messing around in your kitchen), tell her to feel free to use the kitchen whenever she likes. If she stll doesn't, or complains about the way you make Sandwiches for her, just make them for yourself in future, or if it bothers you, find another girl.
If you're in her home, ask if it's okay to use her kitchen to make yourself a sandwich. If she says yes, ask her if she'd like you to make one for her, too. If she says no, she doesn't want you using her kitchen, you have a problem which is easily fixed: find a girl who isn't so strange about such things. If she says yes, offer to make one for her too. Then, as above, if she never offers to help, or to make something for you, either just keep making your own or find another girl.
These solutions take care at the same time of (a) getting your sandwich and (b) dealing with your girl's attitude.
Be sensitive; there might be a perfectly reasonable explanation why she won't make you a sandwich if you're prepared to do the same. If there isn't a reasonable explanation, better luck with the next girl: who needs a friend with sandwich hangups?
