you need to press out the bearing inside the hub assembly.

The front wheel bearings must be pressed into and out of the spindle/hub assembly. You will need to take the spindle assembly to an automotive machine shop to have this done.

If you're trying to replace the rear wheel bearing and all you can find is the rear hub assembly, it probably means that you can't get just the bearing. Many vehicle manufacturers press the bearing into the assembly at the factory and there is no way to replace just the bearing. If they're offering the assembly, that's probably what you'll need to buy.
To replace the front wheel bearing on a Ford Fiesta, you will need to remove the wheel. Then with a hammer you can pull the old bearing out.

The front wheel hub assembly will probably need to be pressed out if this is the first time the bearing has been replaced. Aftermarket bearings are not as close in tolerance as the original equipment and seem much easier to replace.
You can unbolt the hub and bearing assembly as one piece. Your local auto parts store will supply you with a rebuilt or new assembly. Trying to replace just the bearings yourself just isn't worth it.
