Nissan 300ZX 1990 don't start with its battery but starts with a jumper from another car The battery voltage when the car is running is 10Volts. Is the voltage correct for this model what can be wrong?

Normal operating voltage should be close to 13.5. If you're only getting 10V, you need to replace the alternator and/or regulator. I'm not certain but usually the regulator is inside the alternator. If you can drive the vehicle to an auto parts retailer, you can probably have them test the charging system for you.

How do i know if it is the battery or the alternator?
Remove the Negative (black) battery terminal while the vehicle is running and if the vehicle dies then it's the alternator, if it stays running then it's the battery. Although this method isn't guaranteed it's usually accurate. DO NOT REMOVE THE POSITIVE terminal (red) from the battery while it's running. It could cause a spark and make the battery explode. Another way is to drive to Autozone or Advanced Auto and ask them to test it. They'll do it for free.

Maybe the battery is defective. Check the voltage at the battery terminals with the engine running at idle. You should get 13.5 to 16 volts.
