Yes, there is a headlight relay,
The fuel pump relay is in the underhood fuse box.Fuse box is on drivers side fender well. The fuel pump relay on my 1997 Olds Bravada is located in the glove box top left side in the back behind a cover. There are 3 relays that are the same and the Fuel Pump relay is the left one of the 3. I replaced mine and that did not fix the problem though. I am going for the new ignition switch. I have power to the relay then I loose it. Good Luck.
I have a 1997 Chevy Blazer 4DR and the relay is located underneath the glove box.
How does one remove and replace the starter in the 1997 Bravada??

Look for a?æbox located in the glove compartment marked "relays" of the 1997 Chevy S10. The horn relay is the first one on the left.
Check the bulbs Check the switch Check the relay
Left to right, fuel pump relay, horn relay and fog lamp relay (if equipped).
just had same problem on 96 replaced head light switch in dash not had problem since wiggled switch first flickering matche wiggle
try pulling the fuses marked ecm their should be two There is a relay in the glove box (there are 4 1 large and 3 small it is a small one). Pulling that will keep pump from running this will allow engine to crank but not start
One of them should be the fuel pump relay.
If memory serves me right, fuel pump relay, daytime running lights relay, horn relay and if there is a fourth one, power door lock relay.
