Our condo runs an outdoor heated swimming pool in MI. The pool is 30 ft sq. The water temp is 90 F. The water meter is telling us that we are losing 4200 gallons of water a day. Is the meter accurate?

The best way to determine if the meter is accurate is to have the water co. come and check it out. If in doubt, have them change it out.
If you are losing 4200 gals. of water a day I question your estimate of the pools size of 30 ft. sq. But setting that question aside, if you are losing that much water a day you most assuredly have a leak no matter what the size of the pool is. That is a HUGE amount of water! Call a qualified leak detection co. If they know what their doing they should be able to confirm my suspicion very quickly. The repair may be an entirely different situation. Good lock.
