Rain water leaking through the blower fan housing on passenger side 1999 gmc suburban. Air-water appears to coming in through holes under the wipers suggest a plugged vent hole. Help find?

It is located on top of the fiberglass AC housing that projects into the engine compartment on, the passenger side, held by 2 screws.

The thermostat is located in the thermostat housing, front of the engine on the passenger side. The easiest way to locate it is to follow the large hose coming off the bottom of the radiator on the passenger side, toward the engine. This hose connects to the thermostat housing. It is secured with 2 10mm bolts. If you remove the intake tube between the throttle body and air filter box, you have almost unrestricted access to the housing.

Remove the two gold colored screws and "viola" there are the two C.A.F.s.)

If the mirror housing is ok, A glass shop can sell you a replacement mirror with double sided tape to replace the broken one. It even says "objects in mirror are closer than they appear"
