It could be the alternator going bad or has already gone bad or the battery could have a bad cell in it keeping it from charging. The battery cable ends may not have good connection for it to charge correctly. The hot wire to the alternator probably needs to be changed because if that wire is bad it too would keep it from charging. Last the plug that plugs in the side of the alternator (round w/ green wire and green and yellow wire) it too would keep it from charging. If it is not none of which I said that you might want to consider in a short in your wiring harness if its a short it will take time to locate it.
Power does not go to the battery, it comes from the battery, except when the car is running. At that time power does go to the battery from the alternator. Disconnect the + battery terminal.
Not that I know of. The oil pressure light comes on at a very low pressure, but it will not shut the car off.
A land breeze is when a breeze comes from the land and over the ocean!:)
Check to see if the cooling fan ( if so equipped) comes on when the a/c is turned on. It should come on when either the a/c is on or the defroster is on. (both activate the a/c compressor).
Have electronic vehicle speed sensor in transmission checked out. It will cause loss of speedometer function and set a fault code(check engine light).
A sea breeze comes from the sea and a land breeze comes from the land. Here are some sentences. At night, the land breeze blows from the other side of our beach house. We learned about the land breeze in class.Temperature differences will cause a land breeze and a sea breeze.
In terms of breezes there is no such thing as a sky breeze. One may be referring to a sea breeze, which is a wind that comes from the sea that develops over land near coasts.
The check gauges light comes on when one of the guages is out side of the safe zone. It could be battery voltage, oil pressure, engine temp....
A sea breeze occurs when a tidal wave comes up and then back down and then that wave goes up onto the shore.Any time.
I have a 1999 Plymouth Breeze. The fuses and horn relay switch is under the drivers dash. Open the drivers door and there is a panel that comes off. I replaced my relay switch and the fuse is good, but my horn still will go off by itself. So it was not the relay switch. Can't figure out what the problem is? The horn contact under the airbag has shorted due to the insulating washers breaking down, Remove airbag and replace collar washers. See my other post for detailed procedure. 10 Minute job if you have the replacement insulators in hand.
Dead battery -will no longer charge.
