I had issues with the arm rest coming loose and wobbling and I ended up removing the driver side arm rest and the passenger side arm rest and swapping the two. To remove the arm rest, peel back the velcro at the base of the arm rest, peeling back the cover and revealing the bolt. Then, simply loosen the bolt using a Torx bit size T60 I believe, and that should remove the arm rest.
No, not unless you replace both second rear side seats. or remove the center arm rest. I own a 8 passenger version and It doesnt have arm rest on the seats.
You can remove epoxy from leather. Use a plastic knife to carefully scrape away as much as you can. After you have scraped away what you can, clean the rest with a cotton ball dipped into Acetone. Wipe away at the epoxy until it is gone.

You must unzip the cover on the bottom of the arm rest and use a "torx" bit to unscrew the armrest!

You must remove the seat from the truck. It is attached to the floor of the cab with 4 bolts, I think. When you get the seat out, turn it over and you will see how the arm rest is attached.
