USE CAUTION WHEN TAKING THIS ITEM APART AS THE SPRING IS UNDER GREAT PRESSURE AND WILL CAUSE INJURY. remove speaker grilland seat back extension, remove rear wheel. support the strut spindle, remove brake hose clip, hang brake hose out of way, remove bolts from strut base, remove upper nuts, lower the assembly and remove it.
