There are numerous things that can cause a misfire, see related questions below.
It could.
In the past I have had an engine misfire due to a bad fuel injector. hope this helps.
I'm not a mechanic / technician but I BELIEVE if the fuel injector is restricted so that the proper air - fuel mixture is not getting to an engine cylinder , that an engine cylinder misfire can occur ( that is only one of the causes of an engine cylinder misfire )

A cylinder misfire can be cause by a bad spark plug or a bad fuel injector. Replace the spark plug to see if the problem is corrected.
1: Replace the injector. 2: If still misfiring, replace the engine.
A cylinder misfire could be from a bad spark plug, bad spark plug wire, or a bad coil. It could also be caused by a plugged or faulty fuel injector.
P0302 is a cylinder number two misfire. Causes include spark plugs, injector, internal engine failure, etc.
Could be a bum fuel injector. Pull number 6 spark plug again, if it is wet you have a spark problem. If the plug is bone dry you have a fuel problem, probably a bad injector. Swap injector with another cylinder and see if the misfire switches cylinders or remains on number 6 cylinder.
this could be caused by a fuel problem, not spark. check to see if your getting spark to the plug. ck to see if the injector is firing, and run a compression test on that cylinder
have misfire on #5 on a ford f150 4.6. changed spark plug and coil pack and injector.
Misfire on cylinder #3, not sure of the cause (no spark, blown gasket, injector problem).
