The wheel bearings are sealed and should last a long time. If you think they are bad you would have to replace the bearings they cannot be repacked.
the best repack should be [reversion .76] <- google it [=
WRONG......Front wheel bearing replacement or repack is a pain in the butt. Best left for a trained technician. The last time I took mine for a brake test, the mechanic told me Toyota does not make them with wheel bearings Of course the truck has wheel bearings. Pull off the brake calipers and rotors and the spindle nut and the hub should slide out of the backing plate the bearing should come out of the hub. Your bearings should come in a set with a race; the race will have to be pressed out of the hub and the new race pressed in. Put it all back how it came apart.
Front wheel bearings in a car should be well greased but have never heard of them needing to be earthed.
When they get noisy.
There should not be any slack in the your wheel bearings. The more slack the will bearing has the quicker the will bearing will fail.
You should change the oil in a Dodge Dakota every 3000 miles.
It should.It should.
None Not binding, but no play
Should be if undamaged.
leaking grease or cracks Looseness
The washer goes in between the trucks and the bearings for best result and the bearings should have a little space when put on.
Assuming you mean "replace" the brakes, the brakes should be inspected for condition every time the vehicle is serviced and repairs, if any needed, should be done at that time.
