There are about 45,000 charging stations for electric cars in the world. Since electric cars are growing popularity, more should be expected in the future.
I believe they should not because I am more of a small-government type and I would classify that move, even if it is done over many many years (which it would have to be) to be imposing on freedom of trade and business. They can encourage the purchase of electric cars, but not enforce it.
The lawn mower should charge its own battery as it runs. They have a charging system built in them on the underside of the flywheel. If it's not charging you may have to charge it every time depending on whether you use lights or electric clutch or any other electrical item..
No, stop charging and replace.
They can be repaired but not by me. you should contact your local medical supply and they can hook you up with a repair guy.
not unless its not charging what its supposed to be charging.
Pump Stations
That you should run
No. Lead Acid batteries should be kept at full charge for best battery life. Constant partial charging is best.
