I am the one who posted this because I work as an Apprentice engineer and am a very positive person who always gives my all, which I have been doing at my current job but the same level of respect i show them they dont show me back, they are very negative and they undermine me always, and have massively dented my confidence and self esteem and caused me to see my gp over stress and depression and sertraline 50mg was prescribed, I struggle to be at work for even a second and never want to get up for work in the mornings so I am seriously considering getting my life back and quitting my job, can anyone give me advise?

Is there someone in Human Resources you can speak to about the lack of respect and emotional harassment? That is what HR is for--to help employees deal with inter-office problems and conflict. You could also try to talk to a supervisor or higher-up at the company, someone whom you trust, to see if they can help you resolve the issues you are having.

Ultimately, if you do decide to leave, you could explain to your boss that you feel you need to move on for personal reasons, and, if you feel it is appropriate, ask for a reference as you apply other places. It's best to explore other job opportunities before leaving your current position, but obviously your mental health is important. It would be good for you to have this discussion with a trusted friend or therapist who is more familiar with your situation.
