10W40 or on what type of tranny it has
Use google and search for a picture. you will find a bunch
yes you can but it is bad for it even if you use a dead battery it is better than no battery at all
21.8 mm. give or take 1 mm. 21.8 mm. give or take 1 mm.
It's definitely a 4 stroke, but a lot of people put 2 stroke engines in it because it's relatively easy
Could be a lot of things, its not getting a good spark, its not getting good compression (bad valves, worn piston, bad head gasket ETC...) or it could simply be that the carb is clogged/not adjusted right, i used to have a Suzuki lt230 that did the same thing, turns out it had a bad cdi Box
with an exhaust system and air filter it would be very faster.i am looking for exhaust here in Greece but i can't find anything.so i keep waiting.. - main jet : improve to 110, pilot 25(STANDARD is very lean to meet Euro3) - remove the upper door of the airbox(it´s noisy ,you can perform several big holes+tube otherwise) - change the exhaust : (many Chinese ones may fit : they are cheap+noisy) -change the CAM : std.is too mild( lt230 has more lift) MEGACYCLE.com has the best(130€) -bore to 61mm+piston Powroll.com(wiseco) ór -bore to 70mm(change sleeve+piston : Enginesonly.com) 800€ -STROKER : improve the stroke : BoreXstroke=C.C (see AKUNAR:COM)
Ls2 all alloy block, turbo 400 transmission with marks 4x4 adaptor to take the lt230 transfer case, normal 350 chev cast iron engine is too heavy for rangie classic, which will result in terrible understeer in wet/muddy conditions and poor hill climb ability, and too much nose dive under braking which is undesireable on a rangie as the brake proportioning valve actually applies initial brake force to the rear wheels before front wheels, if the rear wheels are unloaded then you the driver just become another passenger.
