Check the codes OBD and see if any other cylinders are not firing, and go from there

Not only the spark plug wire, but also the ignition coil. That is exactly what caused mine.

It means #7 cylinder is not firing properly. Could be a bad plug or plug wire on that cylinder.
this could be caused by a fuel problem, not spark. check to see if your getting spark to the plug. ck to see if the injector is firing, and run a compression test on that cylinder
P0303, number 3 cylinder is miss-firing. You could drive it but depending on the reason why it is miss-firing, it may damage the catalytic converter.

It is probably an ignition problem. Check the mis-firing cylinder's ignition cable from the distributor to the spark plug. A quick check would be to replace the ignition cable on the mis-firing cylinder with one from a firing cylinder. That can rule out the cable. You could have also have a broken or fouled plug. or a bad distributor cap. Carbon tracks inside or on the outside of the cap can allow the spark to jump to ground. If it isn't that, then you have a collapsed lifter or something more expensive.
It could be a hairline crack in the head gasket between cylinder 2 & 3.

number 1 it could be different in each engine for the inline six engineit is 153624 and in the 4 cylinder engine it is 1342
