You also have to remember that the stereo has a fuse down by the driver's side door in the panel. I mention that because you didn't so maybe you over looked it? As for the other person having the clock reset AND having little power to windows, check the power comming from the alternator and the battery with a multimeter. Make sure you know what you are doing. It should read anywhere from 11-14.4 volts. Anything less, either of them are going bad. Also, try removing the radio and locate the "battery feed" wire. It;s normally yellow, but I think it's a different color in the Rodeo/Passports. Anyway, just look it up. With the car off, take the multimeter and the positive in the feed wire and touch the negative to a ground (mostly any metal will do). If you are not getting power even with the car off, you have a lose/broken connection somewhere. That wire supplies power to the radio to hold the info while the car is off, such as memory channels/clock/etc. For both of you: also check the power comming from the power wires to the radio, make sure they are around 12-14.4 volts too, then work back from there. If you are getting power, then the radio is dead. Hope this helps.
it was a mystery

Bad bulbs can be the cause of your reverse lights not working on your 1999 Toyota Tacoma. A problem with the reverse switch or bad wires can also be the cause of your reverse lights not working.
There are a couple of things that can cause your 1992 Nissan Maxima headlights to stop working. A bad ground wire can cause the problem. A blown fuse can also cause the problem.
The antenna circuit is the most likely cause of the static. check to see that the antenna cable is plugged into the radio, and there are no loose wires.
Problem-solution

If turn signals are malfunctioning after a stereo has been stolen on a 1996 Honda Accord then there may be a problem with the wiring. The wiring flows into the same fuse and an open wire can cause the lights to malfunction.
mine did this also fond a bad cotrol relay under dash.
got the same exact problem.
Bad wiring connection or internal wiring connection in the stereo
