The 4.6 L V8 was not installed in the 1993 F150 as far as I know. But the cylinders are passenger side front to back, 1-2-3-4 Drivers side front to back, 5-6-7-8 on this engine.
the 1993 doesn't have a 4.6 engine.. It it either a 302 cui or a 351 cui unless it is diesels Anyway the firing order is not as stated above
Moisture in the cylinders is a sign of a blown head gasket.
