some one answer please ineed to ride this weekend
Could be thermostat not opening causing a back pressure
If it's coming out the overflow pipe, then it's likely to be a sticking float.
It could be a water pump.
you need to check the accerator pump. check for pin holes
If it is coming from the tank: NO. If it coming from the bowl: YES!
No. If trans oil is coming out that opening, you have problems that would require removal of the trans.
Is the temp. light coming on? Check your coolant level in the overflow reservoir If the level is to low it could cause the fan to run more than normal. I have a 2002 Sportsman 500 and my light was coming on and the fan was running more than normal. I had a pin hole leak in the tubing between the radiator and the overflow reservoir This was causing it to leak antifreeze and allowing it to suck air into the cooling system. Which was causing my fan to run and my temp light to come on.
It is important to keep fluids from leaking from a car. Excessive transmission fluid would be coming out of the overflow because there is too much fluid in the transmission, or because the seal has become worn.
If it makes a boiling sound when it comes out then it is probably a bad radiator cap.
no it has a vent if it is coming out the vent it is over full.
If you have a stink coming up from the overflow drain in your bathroom sink, you have some garbage down there that you should not have. You probably have a lot of hair clogging the drain. It is probably slow draining. You need to clean it out and get rid of the gunk.
you are still pouring oil into it---stop!
