When the flashlight is ON , electrical current is flowing from one terminal of thebattery, through the light-bulb filament, to the other terminal of the battery.

A light bulb and a battery simply being is not an experiment, so there is no variable at all.
Draw a battery and light bulb. Draw a line from the smaller connector on the battery to the bottom of the light bulb, this is positive on both. Draw a line from the bigger connector on the battery to the side of the light bulb,'this is the negative of both. Looked all over and can't seem to find this one.
I am going to assume you meant Three wires, Battery and Light Bulb. (punctuation and plurals are important) Hook the light to one post of the battery Hooked from the light to the item being tested (use the other light connection, not the one connected to the battery) connect the other end of the test item to the unused terminal on the battery. Light comes on means it conducts electricity No Light, it does not.
The bulb produces the light.
in battery it is chemical energy, from the line, it is electrical energy, through the emitter, it is the light energy.
Flashlight for short, is a hand-held electronic lighting tool. A typical flashlight has a battery-powered light bulb, a focusing mirror and a handle housing for hand-held use.

Yes, if your battery has the capacity to match the light bulbs requirements. A 1.5volt "AA" battery cannot supply enough power to light a 60watt bulb. A flashlight that uses a single battery will have a bulb small enough to be powered by a small battery and a paper-clip as a conductor. A low voltage LED may also be used. Touch one end of the battery to one terminal on the bulb, and connect the other end of the battery to the other terminal using the clip. (you may find it helpful to use tape to hold it all together)

Electric current from the battery is converted to visible light and some heat in the bulb
.76 watt
Yes it is possible to make an acid battery using the acid in a lemon. (you would need allot of lemon batteries to light a flashlight bulb though - try using a diode light bulb) For more information on how to do this look in the link I will place below.
Flashlight is mobile light, can be removable and put in pocket! But light bulb is just in a unchangeable location or a limite distance.
Battery (chemical energy) goes to the wires (electrical energy) which goes to the light bulb (thermal and electromagnetic energy. In the bulb of a traditional flashlight, electric current energy is transformed to heat and then partially to light, when the temperature of the filament in the bulb is sufficient. In an LED type flashlight, little heat is produced and more of the electrical current energy is transformed into light.
