There is a fat hose that runs around the air filter on a 97 Chevy lumina that had liquid all over it and caused a big smoke under the hood while you were driving What do you think would be the problem?

SOunds like a radiator hose and that liquid is coolant and the stink is the coolant hitting the exhaust manifold
