Its probably a blown head gasket. Ford rangers are natorious for blowing head gaskets. Check to see if there is oil in your water if you even have any water left. But if there is a blown head gasket in that spot it would allow water to get into the cylinder and of course make it not run correctly because as we all know WATER DOESN'T BURN. And if your trcuk blows water or alot of steam out the exaust that would be a result of a blown head gasket. If that isn't the case than it could be some stupid problem like the spark plug isn't tightened all the way or the valves cover is leaking because it's not tighted all the way either. If the check engine light is blinking , that indicates a cylinder misfire has been detected White smoke coming out of the exhaust ( especially when the engine is warmed up ) indicates that coolant is getting into an engine cylinder from a bad head gasket , a warped or cracked cylinder head

Replace clutch master cylinder and bleed system,also check your slave cylinder for leaks.its bolted to your transmission,the clutch cable is connected to it.
