To set the timing you unplug the temp. sensor in the thermostat housing and set the timing to 12 degrees before T.C. with the automatic trans.

on 87 Plymouth reliant just above the crankshaft pully sligtly to the left theirs a head of a bolt that can be seen and u can loosen it but to adjust it the bottom plastic cover needs to come off and a little tool is put into a slot to put tension on the belt then retighten the bolt it works on a cam system its a round idler pully but the bolt is off center i been putting mine off because u have to get that bottom cover off that means all the belts basicly the whole front
The fuses are listed on the cover of the fuse box. If you need a schematic or wiring diagram you will probably have to buy a service/repair manual.

I don't have a diagram; but I found the answer out from the guys at AutoZone. The fuel filter is located under the car, passenger side, just in front of the gas tank. Hope this helps.

as you face the engine look on the right side of the trans. housing, there should be a pc. of black foam rubber stuffed into a slot pull that out and you will see the timing scale.
