get your iPhone charger wire and unplug it from the wall plug that is attached. (now you should just have the wire with the plug to the iPhone on one end and the plug to the wall plug on the other end. take the end that goes into your iphone and plug it to your iPhone like normal. the other end of the wire should go into your computer moniter, look for a hole or plug in hole in your moniter (usually towards the bottom) and plug that end into your moniter. if this is the correct place then you should see your phone starting to charge (if your computer is on) then open iTunes and a pop up should come saying sync. or transfer , if you click yes or ok then all of your pictures,videos, etc. , will appear on your computer ! ,, sorry that took so long to say but i hope i helped !.........................................((:
