I wouldn't go towards bulimia or anorexia or laxatives. But honestly I think you should just work out a lot like 5-7 times a week at least 30 of cardio and I would do 2-3 days of strength training.

If you don't like fruit as a whole you could try making a smoothie. That way it tastes like juice but you have 3-4 servings of fruit. Also there are a lot of products in grocery stores that taste great and you get fruit and vegetable servings. I think one is fruit-to-go and V8 makes a fruit juice that tastes good as well.

I've also heard of ways to get people to eat fruit and vegetables by hiding them in foods people may find easier to eat. Things like brocolli in Chocolate Chip Cookies and things like that. There are tons of recipes to do so.

Count your calories and work out. But I think you should find ways in which to eat fruit and vegetables seeing as they are good for you. Seriously, you could have had a V-8, and they have new fruit flavor blends as well.Still drink 8-8oz glasses of water a day and take a multiple vitamin. Eat eggs and plain boiled or baked chicken , and some cottage cheese ,2 big TBLSP for protein.Stay away from white bread, pasta, and white sugar. Try nuking a Yukon Gold potato. They almost taste already buttered.Go easy on the salt. Kosher salt has more flavor and no additives. Do NOT barf or abuse laxatives. You could have serious health problems later in life.

Anorexia is where a person severly limits the amount of calories that they consume in a day and exercise excessively to burn off even more calories.

True or false the eating disoder characterized by self-starvation and excessive weight loss is called bulimia nervosa?

That one is called anorexia nervosa. Bulimia involves the use of vomiting and/or laxatives to purge the food, though it is possible to be both anorexic and bulimic. Note that most bulimics appear to have normal weights, as they do not usually restrict the food to the extent that anorexics will.

What is the difference between pro-mia and pro-ana?

Hi there! The prefix "pro" means you are in favor of something (in this case, either "mia" or "ana"). "Mia" is short for bulimia, and "ana" is short for anorexia. Both bulimia and anorexia are serious eating disorders- Generally, bulimia is characterized with extreme over-eating (binge) and then purge via laxatives or vomitting. Anorexia on the other hand is characterized with extreme under-eating and the thought that they are fat when actually, are emaciated. Basically, the difference between pro-mia and pro-ana is that someone who is pro-mia is a supporter of bulimia and the latter is a supporter of anorexia.

What are the types of bulimia?

there are 2 types of bulimia, they are Anorexia Nervosa & Bulimia Eating Disorder.
