When Anne gave birth to a girl she decided to called her Miriam, meaning Mary. At an early age Mary (Miriam) was offered into Gods service. If an individual is given the status of a recognized saint within the Catholic Church, then it means the person showed heroic virtue that has been noted as worthy of recognition, and that they are currently with God in heaven. To enter heaven would mean that at death the individual is in the state of grace. This does not mean that the person was without sin and at times disloyal to God through their life. For sin is an act of disloyalty. So the best answer to the question is Yes, St. Anne (being a Catholic saint) was loyal to God, by hearing the call and receiving the gift of salvation through virtue and faith.
