In my opinion, he had to be, in order to put up such a strong and bloody fight with the Crusaders (Christian soldiers). But if you disagree with me, decide for yourself here:

There was not a unified leader of the Muslims. The Muslim peoples were split into a number of different groups, and not one collective body. Leaders that were important in the First Crusade from the Muslim side would probably be Kilij Arslan and Danishmend.
no one. Saladin didnt actually kill anyone
As far as trees and pruning go a good strong leader would be one of the more solid limbs which is traveling in a more upwardly direction.
so they will have one strong leader
King Richard I, also known as Richard the Lionheart, was the King of England from 1189 to 1199. He was a renowned warrior and military leader, known for his chivalry and bravery in battle. Richard is perhaps best known for his involvement in the Third Crusade, during which he fought against the Muslim leader Saladin. Saladin, also known as Salah ad-Din Yusuf ibn Ayyub, was a Muslim general and Sultan of Egypt and Syria during the 12th century. He was a skilled military leader and is considered one of the greatest military commanders in history. Saladin is perhaps best known for his role in the Third Crusade, during which he fought against King Richard I of England. Despite being enemies on the battlefield, Saladin and Richard had a great respect for each other, and their relationship has been romanticized in literature and popular culture.
Aristotle believed that the best government was a form of constitutional government, which is a balanced system where power is shared between the ruler and the people, promoting the common good.
he was worth a biography because he was a major leader of a natio at one time even though he wasn't nice.
Well there have been few Muslim empires but Salah ad Din Yusuf ibn Ayyub (Saladin) was known for uniting the Muslims under one flag.
It did not have a strong leader
Here is one good thing. Saladin conceded the rights of Christian pilgrims to not be beaten, robbed, or killed on their way to Jerusalem.
No one is worthy, that's why it is called grace.
