Saginaw 4 speed. It is an exact bolt in. Only change is you need a 4 speed shifter.
the switch is on the left hand side of the transmission about half way back of the transmission. it has two wires that plug into it.
The D100 probably has the 3 speed standard transmission. If so, it doesn't use gear oil in the transmission. It uses Dextron II or III. The fill plug is found on the side of the transmission about half way up.
under the knob, there should be a locking nut on the shift rod. Loosen this and the knob should just unscrew

The transmission mount is on the back of the transmission, against the firewall. It is a 2 piece design, the half with the rubber bushing is bolted to the transmission and the steel bracket is bolted to the subframe.
NO IT WILL NOT. You MUST put the 4L60E back in it due to the computer system. Are you will have all kinds of problems.
It will be a 350 turbo if its a half ton. 400 turbo if its a 2500 or 3500 NEUTZ
