This is a joke question - those presidents who are still living are not buried in US soil, namely Obama, Bush41, Bush43, Carter and Clinton.
Other than those Presidents still living:
John Tyler died during the Civil War as a resident of Virginia, which some would say was at that time not part of the United States but of the Confederate States of America (CSA).
Several dead Presidents have never been "buried" below the ground. The following Presidents are interred in sarcophagi, sometimes in mausoleums: Washington, John Adams, John Quincy Adams, Monroe, Taylor, Grant, Garfield, McKinley, Wilson, Eisenhower.
Finally, if by "US" you are referring ONLY to the fifty STATES, Wilson, whose grave is in Washington, D.C. is the only one who would qualify.
None, all are buried within the Continental United States. Woodrow Wilson however is not buried in a State, but in Washington, DC, at the Washington National Cathedral.
Actually, as of January 20, 2009 there are five US Presidents not buried in the United States. Carter, G.H.W. Bush, Clinton, G.W. Bush, Obama.
President Zachary Taylor was buried in Jefferson County. In fact, the cemetery he's in is named in memorial to him!
Both John Adams (2nd President) and John Quincy Adams (6th President) are buried in a crypt beneath the United First Parish Church in Quincy, Massachusetts. The Unitarian church is a National Historic Landmark,
President Gerald Ford is buried on the grounds of his Museum in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
John F. Kennedy is buried in Arlington National Cemetery.
President John F Kennedy, President Warren G. Harding, President Dwight D. Eisenhower, and Joe Lewis are among the prominent people buried at Arlington. Arlington Cemetery is also the site of The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
I do not know of any US President that was buried in such a way.
Abraham Lincoln is buried in Springfield, Illinois.
Jackson
No US president is buried under the rotunda of the US capitol. Some of the presidents, such as McKinley and Grant, have elaborate tombs which have rotundas and they are buried under them.
Jonh tyler
Reagan
President Theodore Roosevelt is buried in Youngs Memorial cemetery in Bay Cove, New York. He was the 26th President of the US.
James K. Polk is the president buried on state capital grounds in Nashville.
No, Woodrow Wilson is not buried at Arlington. The 27th President, William Howard Taft (who Wilson defeated in 1912) was buried at Arlington in 1930. The only other President buried on the grounds is John F. Kennedy (35th President, assassinated in 1963).
Ronald Reagan
Andrew Jackson is buried at his home estate, the Hermitage, which is just outside of Nashville, TN.
Taft and Kennedy are buried at Arlington .
