An aerobe is an organism that is able to survive and grow in oxygenated environments. When you talk about aerobicexercises you talk about exercises where you give your body the oxygen that it needs. This prevents Lactic acid from being created in the muscle cells. By doing exercises with low intensity you're able to supply your cells with the oxygen that is needed.
