Your body will begin to store the extra energy (fat) your body has not used - this eventually will build up in places like your arteries, intestines, etc - causing illnesses such as Diabetes, high blood pressures, etc.
Your body would mainly show the lack of exercise externally by showing the extra weight and body surface.
Lack of exercise would mean your joints would be weak, your muscles would be less toned, your weight would increase, your breathing rate would increase and you would be more likely to catch illnesses.
Many health problems are complex and can arise from a number of lifestyle factors. However, regular exercise can reduce the risk of a host of diseases, including diabetes, Heart disease, stroke, heart attack, cancer and Alzheimer's. As many at 92% of cases of diabetes can be prevented through proper diet and exercises.
A short-term effect is being unable to do some certain things you could do last week lets say. Eg: Being able to do the splits. A long-term effect is being obese. This is only if you do not exercise for weeks on end though.
you can get unhealthy and overweight
You lose muscle tone and general physical good health.
Children can exercise..... it wont hurt them, they just dont have as much stamina and strength as adults do. But kids are/can be more agile on their feet due to their young age.

You will obviously have less energy. I have experimented the effects of eating and not eating before exercise. I concluded that when I have something to eat before exercise (not necessarily right before exercise) I am able to run for a longer period than when I do not consume anything.
nothing happens...LOL!
you get fat
a person who does not exercise is called a layman.
something.
nothing.
dont kno
no i became anorexic and didnt exercise i walked a little bit but i dont really count that as exercise
Exercise is always good for you but why are you not eating healthy foods? If you know you are not doing so, then why dont you look into how to improve your diet as you do into exercising your body. You dont have to eat hamburgers with mayo, sauce and cheese every day if you know better. Have a good bowl of cereal for breakfast, a salad for lunch and a supper with veggies and lean meat. What happens is that you can exercise but not give your body enough good nutrients to keep you healthy. There are enough sites, on line, that can guide you in the right direction. Keep you heart and arteries in good shape and, with the exercise, you will feel better and live a better life.
