There is bacteria in almost anything you eat. The only way to ensure that food is devoid of bacteria is to somehow sterilize or disinfect it, which would most likely either cause it to lose its nutritious properties, or infuse it with harmful substances. Therefore, finding a food without bacteria would be a very difficult task.
I had to do a project about foods without bacteria. To be honest, there is absolutely no food without bacteria. Bacteria is everywhere, inside you around you. THERE IS NO ESCAPE! Sauerkraut and pickled foods are prepared this way. But the bacteria don't sterilize the food,the high heat does.
