You can be deported for being blatantly disrespectful to a Filipino. You can be deported for being an overstaying alien and working here illegally.
Another reason a foreigner can be deported, is for protesting against the government while visiting or residing in that foreign land. Foreigners have few rights in most foreign countries, and usually little regarding politics. Do not openly voice your political views of, or about the government in many foreign lands. The Philippines is a good example of what I have posted above.
the people who were deported were the acadians
Well, only in Europe were people (Jews and other 'inferiors' were) who were deported. But in Portugal, Spain, Britain, and Finland no people were deported because they were either virtually impossible to get at or they remained convincingly neutral.
If you are asking about a specific deportation, you should tell us who was deported, as well as when they were deported and where they were sent. Otherwise, the general consequence of deportation is that an immigrant is expelled from the country to which he or she immigrated, and is returned to the country from which he or she came. There will be other consequences, since the person who was deported may have had some very serious reason for needing to leave the country to which he or she was then returned. Sometimes deported people wind up being imprisoned or executed.

There are many different reasons why things divide. Some people or countries divide over moral issues that they cannot solve.

if a person is legally married with kids can he be deported because he has law issues?
It would depend on the circumstances. You don't have an automatic right of return within a particular time period but there are very few reasons that would enable immigration to exclude you permanently. Most people when deported are given a pack of information regarding their rights and this includes a form requesting to return.
