Saturated fats are the fats that come from animal products. One saturated item would be cheese, like Parmesan, and Cheddar. Another would be Milk Chocolate, because it is made of milk and butter, which come from animals.
When you add items that can be dissolved, and it doesn't dissolve in the liquid, it means that it is saturated.
Doctors are a good source for learning about good and bad cholesterols. Generally saturated fats are to be avoided and fast food restaurants are known to include these fats in most of the food items.
