No we don't mean the type of animal that enjoys a banana or two!
Simply:
A - Attitude - a positive/can-do attitude is essential
P - Personality - we all have one, and sometimes you have to challenge your natural personality, but to be successful in the service sector you have to be prepared to be outgoing
E - Enthusiasm - how many times are you 'served' by individuals who lack enthusiasm? Depressing isn't it! People should be enthusiastic about all the tasks required to make a successful team!
S - Service - this may seem obvious but individuals in the sector maust have a real passion to deliver, not only service, but first class levels of service.
