Usually an art and graphic design college, or a two year technical college. I am at COTC (Central Ohio Technical College) There are a lot of good proffessors there, The game design proffessor is William "Bill" Sattelmeyer, and he is very good, I also understand that his name is recognized in the game design industry. But you really need to search it out, don't take my word for it, look on the internet, read college brochures, get as much information as you can before you choose a college.
