Sweating is a mechanism in the body used to cool the body and keep it at a temperature level that will allow efficient functionality. (Personally, IMO, you should look at other site for answers, as there are perfectly good explanationselsewhere and usually the answers on this site lack detail, sophistication and are sometimes inaccurate. My answer is basic andGREAT, but could be better.
