Depends on why the population was small before. If the population was small before naturally, then the consequences of a population explosion is likely to result in food shortages leading to a huge population crash. The below example is by no means unique in the world

One example of this is in an African park when the main predatory animals are killed off. When Kruger national park in South Africa was established the authorities went about exterminating the lions (because?? a mix of perceived safety and the interests of tourists).

However because the local herbivores were no longer being controlled their population exploded.

While this might be seen as good it meant that there were more herbivores than the park could support, which meant that too much of the plant life was eaten, leading not only to lasting damage done to the plant life in the park, but also so much of it having been oaten that there was not enough food for the herbivores leading to this population crashing (to a far lower level than before the lions were around)

The only advantage of overpopulation for Bangladesh is that as a population grows, there is creation of urbanization which boosts economic growth. However, the disadvantages are many including rise in poverty levels as a result of scarcity of resources.

Well, you have a greater population than the required number of positions to be filled. This causes the lazy people who do a terrible job to lose their job and therefore induce job loss. The hard-working immigrants then get the very good jobs.
