Consider a Tree, Roots are God, Branches are religions, they all reach the stem and finally reach the root! There are several paths to reach God and this Religions as branches are paths to the stem from where you can reach the god who is root and gave rise to (created) things you know and don't know (Universe and beyond).

Ok, That's for introduction! The difference is

Sikhism- It is a monotheistic religion formed by Guru Nanak Dev, the holy script is Guru Granth Sahib, they believe in One God and Guru Nanak is their Guru(teacher), Sikhs are similar to Buddhists, they achieve peace and spiritual enlightenment through meditating, chanting god's name, praying.

Islam- It is a monotheistic religion formed by Prophet Mohammed, they believe that Allah is the only true eternal God and Mohammed is his prophet who came to Earth to spread the teachings of Lord. They believe that Faith and beliefs in Allah would lead one to Heaven.

Hinduism- It is the oldest of all known religion in this world, exact date not known, it is monotheistic, polytheistic, atheistic and most complicated of all religion. Hindus pray many gods (Polytheism) but believe that all Gods are one (monotheism) and there are many incarnations. And Hindus believe that there are many Paths to Salvation, unless human achieve salvation they will reborn and this is endless cycle that will end only if the human achieves salvation. Praying(Bhakthi) , Meditating(Dhyana-Zen), Doing good deeds(Karma, humanitarian), Knowledge, Yoga are few of the ways to achieve enlightenment/salvation. Buddhism, Sikhism, Jainism are evolved from Hinduism and Hinduism have influenced most, the abrahmic religions. Actually, Hinduism is not a religion, it is a religious tradition. Hinduism is a name given to the great religious tradition of Indian Subcontinent by British and the people of Indian Subcontinent were called Hindus as the people lived near the River Sindhu. Sindhus->Hindus.
