What are the different kinds of dieting?

I'm not completely sure if this was the answer to your question, but you can diet by using diet pills. If you are trying to diet, I would suggest not using this method. You can become addicted to the pills, and end up getting sick. You can also exercise. Everything you do, even just lifting a finger or picking up a pen, burns calories. The more calories you burn, the more foods you can eat because you're burning off all the calories you just ate. You can also limit yourself to a certain number of calories if you don't like to exercise. Keep track of how many calories you ate in a day and how much exercise you did according to your weight, height, age, and how much weight you are looking to lose.

There are several kinds of diets: 1. Fixed- menu diet - this type of diet provides a list of all the foods you will eat. 2. Exchange- type diet - is a meal plan with a set number of servings from each of several food groups. 3. Prepackaged - meal diet - it's a diet that requires you to buy prepackaged meals. Such meals help you learn appropriate portion sizes. 4. Formula diet - is a weight loss plans that replace one or more meals with a liquid formula.
