The Roman Catholic Church doesn't have a particular dress code. But it is adviced not to wear clothes which might distract the attention of the faithful. (For e.g. Sleevless shirts/ tops, short tops, caps, revealing tops for girls, t-shirts with vulgar sayings / sybmols ) Church is a place where people gather for a celebration and pray. One needs to maintain a high level of decency in church.

Of course. Catholic means "universal", and therefore, all religions or non religious are completely welcome to the Church at any time. If in doubt ask the clergy representative at the church. There may be areas of the church (e.g. the sanctuary) or ceremony (e.g. receiving a host) that are off limits to non-members. There may also be standards of modesty in dress in effect for both parties.

The minimum suggested clothing is decency and modesty, you should not look like you are on your way to the beach or a volleyball tournament.
