What are the pros and cons for ratifying the constitution?

Some pros are that everybody gets a say in government. People have rights. Leaders can't do whatever they want. Freedom of speech. Government cant take a persons property with out paying. You get a fair trial. A law con only be changed with wide spread consent. Some cons are that it works better in small communities

Another change was evident in the John F. Kennedy administration. There President Kennedy was able to make his own brother the US Attorney General. An amendment should be made to forbid having a president nominate close relatives to cabinet positions.
