Chocolate Mug Cake
you need:
4 tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of cocoa ( doesn't matter what kind)
1 large egg
3 tablespoons of milk
3 tablespoons of Chocolate Chips ( optional )
a small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug
directions:
add dry ingredients to the mug ( doesn't include chocolate chips).
add the egg and mix thoroughly.
add the chocolate chips ( if you're using them) and pour milk in then mix well.
put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1,000 watts.
the cake will rise over the top of the mug so, don't be alarmed. when the cake is ready allow to cool for 1 minute then tip out the cake on to a plate if you want to.
