To my knowledge, girls (youth under 18) are not allowed in Boy Scouts, at least in the US. Women as adult leaders (over 18) need to be registered (just like men) and there must be adequate sleeping/changing arrangements.
The Boy Scouts also has a Venturing program that is coed for ages 14 to 21. Search BSA Venturing in your favorite search engine for more information.
To be a good Girl Scout, you should follow the Girl Scout Promise and the Girl Scout Law, be an active troop/group member, pay your membership dues, and follow the rules and safety guidelines.

One of the main differences between a national and an international scout is that the national scout is from a local chapter within the nation of residence and an international scout is from a chapter outside of the nation of residence. Another difference between the two is the set of rules that are abided by and the badges that can be earned.
soccer rules do not vary from grade. it is the same basically.
